Shipping policy

Please note that we ship all orders from our Los Angeles, CA warehouse Monday-Friday. All orders are usually shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days (M-F) of the purchase date. If order is placed after 1PM Eastern Time on Friday, it will be shipped the following week. We use a USPS priority shipping.

For all personalized and pre-order items please allow 14-20 business days from the order date (not including delivery time) for the item to ship. Please note that processing time may take longer during the holiday season and during specific sales and promotions. Orders placed with promotional offers are not eligible for free shipping.

*In the case that your package is lost or stolen in transit or upon arrival, Slay Nails Club does not take responsibility for it. All claims must be made through the carrier your package was shipped with.
